Objective | Help ADB describe the value of what it does and give its people a new way of sharing their reflections, insights and experience.
Approach | Create a living archive comprising a book, a set of audio clips for induction and training, a CD of sounds of ADB at work, and a narrative practitioner manual; in the process, train a team of ADB employees to carry the work forward.
