stories to support organizational change

Most corporate transformation programmes, mergers and acquisitions fall short.

More often than not, the top team fails to carry the organization with them even though the logic is sound. People have their own agendas and they don’t like change. They react emotionally.

Stories and narrative techniques engage people’s hearts as well as their minds. They offer a way to get people to reassess their points of view and open up to new possibilities.

We don’t do big corporate change programmes and we don’t do strategy but we do design and run interventions to support both. Typically, our interventions are designed to:

  • undermine organizational silos and build insight and commitment at all levels within your organization – from leadership team to frontline employees
  • build a core of individuals committed to new ways of working and willing to act as change agents
  • equip them with the skills, tools and techniques they need in order to be effective after we’ve left.
